Volunteering at Maui Dharma Center
Thank you for your interest to volunteer at the Maui Dharma Center. Volunteers are an integral part of our organization. We rely on volunteers to help with various projects and day-to-day operations of the Center. Our precious Center wouldn’t be here without the countless hours volunteers have helped to make this a better place. Many volunteers live on Maui and come on a regular basis to offer service. Sometimes we have residential volunteers, which we offer a significant discount of lodging in exchange for weekly volunteer hours, as well as the opportunity to study and practice at a traditional Tibetan Buddhist center in a community atmosphere.
We are currently looking for volunteers who are able to garden and perform yard maintenance on an ongoing basis. We are also looking for residential volunteers who are able to help with maintaining the gift shop.
From time to time, we are looking for volunteers who can help with events, and various other projects. Volunteer activity can range from a one-time project to ongoing support.
